These are turbulent times, full of uncertainty and fear. In this virtual retreat, learn to use our Christian foundation of paschal mystery to uncover communal and personal wounds and transform them into sacred experiences. Learn to love yourself and love others by cultivating a deeper spiritual life through heart-centered awareness. Learn to shift your attention inward and listen, cultivating your strength stemming from love rather than ego. Reflect on the cross of your own reality, learn the essential nature of surrender, and experience the transformative power of God’s unconditional love.
Geri Boyer is a seasoned retreat director, serving on the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate Kings House Retreat and Renewal Center’s preaching team for 18 years. She has a Master’s of Pastoral Studies degree from Loyola University in New Orleans, and completed the diaconal training program in the Diocese of Belleville with her husband Doug in 1997. When she’s not preaching retreats, meditating or working at her local parish, she manages a civil engineering and contracting company she founded in Belleville, IL.
